Brazilian guitarist Sergio Zurawski's solo CD is entitled Pulsares, and features the musician on electric and acoustic guitars, as well as keyboards, along with his own band of instrumentalists and percussionists. Zurawski's music follows its own scope, looking foraccessibility, not vulgarity. He supports some of his esthetic reference points with erudite musical dynamics, as well as through several culture's folklore and mysticism (Brazilian, African, European etc), added to the strength and energy of rock and its variations. Sincere in conception, Zurawski's music strives primarily to develop lyric and the emotional potential of the music. Arrangements through melodic lines which are usually charming, well planned, and harmonious, are always trying to find the shortest way to the heart and to the soul of whoever listens to it. Sometimes sweet and subtle, sometimes visceral and violent, sometimes sensual and malicious, Zurawski's playing involves many contrasts in often opposing aggressivity, strength to charming, light moments of lyricism. Instrumental Guitar (Electric/Rock), total running time, 51:18
