Eric Paschal is originally from Fort Worth, Texas and now lives in Chatsworth, California. Recognized for his versatility, Eric is comfortable in a wide range of playing and writing styles. He is co-author of two books, "Rhythm Guitar-The Complete Guide" and "Contemporary Acoustic Guitar" and is featured on several other instructional books and videos. In his twenty-plus years of teaching at Musicians Institute/G.I.T., Eric has influenced the playing of thousands of guitarists. His versatile approach has taken him from teaching GIT core classes in Rhythm Guitar and Single String Improvisation to popular electives such as Contemporary Acoustic Guitar to private lessons with every style and level of student, including future fusion superstar Frank Gambale.
