Record label Ozella Music founder Dagobert Bohm released the jazz-world-pop-ambient-chillout CD Sounds For A Blue Planet under the artist name Dago, which is actually his nickname. On this album, Dago is joined by co-producer Steven Toeteberg and Tony Lakatos and on five songs he features the voices of Tokunko Akinro, Maria Hiort Petersen, Angua Crash and Soluna Samay. You'll hear Dago on a variety of acoustic and electric guitars and, for the first time, on his homegrown sitar. Dago attended the Waldorf schools in Freiburg and Schloss Hamborn, Germany, studying music and the ancient art of violin making. His interest in the classical music of east India was the reason for making his own sitar. Dago's first LP, "Sound Of Wood", was released in 1982 and earned extravagant praise from the critics. His "Acoustic Moods" CD was released in 1987 to an excited audience, while 1993's "Morning Flight" was selected as one of the 5 best instrumental productions of the year in Spain. Instrumental Guitar (Acoustic/Jazz), total running time, 65:57 - Dago @ iTunes!
