Fred Hamm is a French guitarist delivering his psychedelic funk-tinted jazz on Electro Funk Emulating the good vibrations of P-Funk and Bootsy Collins, his music is an unusual fusion of acoustic and electronic sounds, interpreting original musical landscapes with a touch of humor borrowed from Frank Zappa. These French "Funkadelics" offer a surprising and festive music in acid jazz and electro funk. Electro Funk is the result of a meeting between several musicians of different backgrounds, drawing its inspiration in the new tendencies (acid jazz, electro funk). Fred Hamm is promoting an original sound and a new fusion. For this album, Hamm is surrounded by 11 accomplished musicians, and the disc features four instrumental tracks, "Flathead", "Delia", "Flash Infos" and "Mimetic".
