Guitarist Haymo Doerk and Christian Sabot noticed, after the first time they played together, that their guitar playing styles and technique complemented one another perfectly. They decided to work on original material for a duo set and to record this new material in several "sessions". The CD Passion is the first fruit of this collaboration, presenting a selection of 16 original compositions. The predominantly calm and melodic pieces reflect the musicians' different influences of classical and popular music, without lapsing into cliches. Thus, each composition keeps its own character, with captivating themes and inspired solos.
