Italian guitarist/vocalist Riccardo Ferranti spearheads Psycho Train, a rock/blues/hard rock power trio which also features bassist Riccardo Ormi and drummer Marcello Sari. Their EP/CD Feel The Blues offers five Ferranti originals and two cover tracks - an original sounding version of Bob Dylan's "All Along The Watchtower" and Fred McDowell's blues number "I Am Goin' South". Ferranti, a graduate of Milan's CPM Music School, pours his emotion into the songwriting and performance, with most tracks appeasing the guitar lover with well-crafted and/or rapid-fire solo assaults. Feel The Blues is a good introduction to the work of this European axeman in a vocal/band format.
