Following up his scorching 1999 CD "Under" and his half-studio, half-live album "All That I'd Be", Italian guitarist Steve Saluto has joined forces with Richie Kotzen (vocals) on his 2006 CD Rough Beat. Featuring a slightly harder edge, Saluto blends blues, soul, funk and other influences into his rock mix, while injecting feeling and emotion intp his guitar playing. Three instrumental tracks are also featured, including "Walkin'", title track and "Train Jumpers", which turn up the heat on the guitar playing thrill meter. Another sol9d effort from Level's Recording Studio in Italy.
