Playing fretless presents may challenges, but allows me to find new horizons as a composer, including many subtle microtonal shades of color, unavailable on a tempered instrument." Electronic Musician magazine has this to say, "Neil Haverstick discovers other worlds of sound within a microtonal universe... he might as well be from another planet." Four of the seven tunes exceed 10 minutes in length.
