Romanza, Liona Boyd's 2005 classical CD, includes Liona's original composition "Cancion Para Mi Madre (Song For My Mother)", a beautiful tremolo piece which ranked #1 on MP3 for Mothers Day, and "Danza De Las Mariposas De Mexico (Dance Of The Mexican Butterflies)", a challenging technical piece wriiten in Acapulco that uses many three string trills. Also included is "Guajira" by Emilio Pujol and "Sor's Variations on a Theme" by Mozart. Liona has written, "Music contributes profoundly to the richness and beauty of our life experience.
